SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT v2.0

THE SOFTWARE:
QuiXound 3D Surround Studio 4.4.1 plugin

The distributed software `the software' falls under the terms of this 
Software License Agreement `the agreement'.

You may not distribute the software, unless the permission is received from
the original software author. You may modify the software for yourself, but 
still you can't distribute it. If you claim, that your modification of the 
software is better than the original software, you should submit your 
modification to the author of original software (e-mail is listed at the end 
of the agreement).

Whenever the software is distributed (if permission from author received), 
this agreement should remain unchanged and distributed together with the 
unchanged original software as well. 

THE ORIGIN OF THIS SOFTWARE MUST NOT BE MISREPRESENTED.

The software may look or behave like known different product, however 
its code does not contain any parts of patented algorithms or third-party 
proprietary software, thus the licenses of those products are not applicable
to this software.

The software is completely written by its authors (listed below). All rights 
reserved. FLTK (http://www.fltk.org) library is used for visualization.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED `AS-IS', WITHOUT  ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHORS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE 
USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
