 especially for the case where the top revision on the trunk

I was having problems with sccs-get not getting the correct versions
with and without the -r and -e options.

Fot the pruposes of our examples, assume the file has the revisions:-

1.1 1.2 1.3 1.3.1.1 1.4 1.5 2.1

This is similar to the file generated by "make gtest" [note: this no
longer exists!], with the addition of 2.1.  

A uuencoded file which has these revisions is at the foot of this
file.
