  * Cleaned up tests to take advantage of system-wide cut.h installation
  * Added -i option to specify specific include file to use for cut.h
  * Added install, uninstall/deinstall make targets
  * Added top-level bin directory to make installation easier.
  * Refactored directory layout for BSD/Slackware package generation
