Licensing

The library "libchipcard.so" is licensed under the LGPL (see COPYING.lib for
details).

All tools are licensed under the GPL (see COPYING.tools).

In each file a header shows the license of that particaluar file, so that
source of information is the one that applies.


                            License Exception

As the copyright holder of LibChipCard, Martin Preuss grants the following
license exception:
Martin Preuss explicitly allows the compilation and distribution of the
LibChipCard library with the OpenSSL Toolkit.
No developer is required to provide this exception in a derived work.
