This function initializes many of the data structures used internally
by the library as well as initialized 3rd party libraries like libcurl.

\fIgutenfetch_init()\fP returns GUTENFETCH_OK on success.  On failure,
you may figure out what caused the error by using the
\fIgutenfetch_error_to_string()\fP function.
