.SH DESCRIPTION
This function returns NULL on failue.  On success it returns a valid
pointer to a \fIgutenfetch_server_t *\fP structure.  The returned pointer
must be freed with a call to \fIgutenfetch_free_server()\fP.  It accepts
as parameters NULL-terminated strings \fIhost\fP, \fIname\fP and \fIarea\fP
which are the URL, descriptive name and geographic area respectively.  The
fourth paramter declares the continent that the server lives on.
