Tests of handle and object system.

  handle.cc - Tests the ablity of reference counted handles to
     extend, control and limit the lifetime of an object.

  ctor.cc - test of macro used for renaming handle signitures
  list_test.cc - test to see if handles can properly be inserted in 
     STL lists.
