Description:  
	Netboot is a kernel that when booted prompts 
	for the ftp-style URL of a kernel to boot over
	itself.  It gets the new kernel via NFS.

	Also, make sure to include only the drivers you need in
	oskit/dev/linux_ethernet.h.
