How to release PyCXX
--------------------

0. Update CXX/Version.hxx with the releases version number
1. Tag the source using tag_pycxx.py (depends on pysvn).
2. Create the source kit using make_src_kit.py
3. Upload kit to sourceforge:
   1. FTP to upload.sourceforge.net
   2. Login as "anonymous"
   3. Use your e-mail address as the password for this login
   4. Set your client to binary mode ("bin" on command-line clients)
   5. Change your current directory to /incoming ("cd /incoming")
   6. Upload the desired files for the release ("put filename")
4. Add new File release on sourceforge.
   1. Click Admin
   2. Click File Releases
   3. Click [Add release]
   4. Fill in version and add
   5. Add release notes
   6. Add source kit
   7. Edit file properties
   8. Send Email notification
5. Update docs on the PyCXX homepage
   1. scp <file> barry-scott@shell.sourceforge.net:/home/groups/c/cx/cxx/htdocs
