Summary: xlslib release 0.2.5 (ALPHA)

This is an alpha release of smartmontools.
It includes:

- library source changes so it will compile
- configure script rebuilt
- test application now compiles and runs
- Various other improvements
- Its quite likely that the sister PHP library is broken,
  if anyone wants to help to get it operational, please 
  contact the administrators.
- A "C" interface is in the works - stay tuned.
