Level format:

1st line: width of level
2nd line: height of level
3rd - nth line: level data, numbers separated by space

Numbers:
1: ground (normal walkable area)
2: wall (not walkable)
3: bridge (walkable, semi-transparent graphics)
4: space (walkable, but causes death)
