		- fixed a problem with blow.ini, where setting a key
		  didn't work in many cases, because a temp-file was
		  created in current directory ... (reported by many
		  people and in the forum)

		- using '/dev/urandom' in DH1080.c now, this solves
		  crash/freeze problems with DH1080 key-exchange
		  (reported by rho; thanx for the help, flier)

		- Local channels (using '&' instead of '#') are now
		  supported

		- Get/WritePrivateProfileString completely rewritten,
		  fixing an evil crash on some systems and problems
		  with screwed up blow.ini if you run out of disc space
		  (reported by daxxar and k9)

		- added crypt-mark for own (outgoing) messages (thanx qvr)

		- fixed crash with too large keys, all keys bigger than
		  80 characters are now truncated (reported by ruant)

		- if you receive a DH1080 key-exchange, a query window

		- fixed a segmentation fault on BSD machines, happened
		  after trying to reload FiSH while being connected to a
		  server

		- improved makefile: just run 'make'

		- fixed a segmentation fault if topic was set to NULL :(

		- added /helpfish and /fishhelp :)

		- topic encryption is now supported... but keep in
		  mind: topic size SHRINKS drastically to about 60%!
		  This is already insufficient for a common eBay URL
		  syntax: /topic+ <your topic>

		- new feature: 'NickTracker' will allow seamless
		  conversations in the case your chat partner suddenly
		  changes his nick. If enabled this feature will simply
		  copy the old key to use with his new nick.

		- block-align base64 strings if truncated by IRC
		  server: no more broken blocks at the end of long
		  messages!

		- also added a feature called "mark broken block"
		  which will indicate whether a broken block was cut,
		  meaning the message arrived incomplete from server

		- now decrypting "Mircryption" messages, those start
		  with 'mcps' instead of '+OK'

		- new command: /unsetinipw
		  Change back to default blow.ini password

		- new Diffie-Hellman key-exchange implementation:
		  DH1080 - using a 1080bit prime
