NetHirc version 0.9

As you might have guessed, NetHirc is an IRC client.  As with many
programs, it was written in a fit of frustration with other IRC
clients.

WARNING: This is gratuitously and intentionally incompatible with
version 0.7.  If you install this over it, version 0.7 will not
work anymore!  Consider yourself warned.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make install

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires these other modules and libraries:

    POE::Component::IRC	-- 3.4 or later
    String::Format
    YAML
