Usage: IG [-T time] nick [type]
  Ignores user

  This will ignore by user@domain. If no type is given it will ignore ALL.
  Ignore will take place for IGTIME seconds unless -T is given.
  In that case, ignore will last time seconds.
  Other types are : MSGS,NOTICES,PUBLIC,INVITES,WALLOPS,
                    NOTES,CTCP,CRAP,ALL,NONE.
