Usage: MODELOCK [#channel mode]
  Sets channel's lock mode

  Acceptable modes are +aints, -aintskl and +l number. When you use
  +l number mode enclose it in quotes (example: "+l 30"). Several
  channels can be specified at once, separate them with comma. Every
  channel's name must start with #. Stored modes for all channels are
  shown if no arguments are given.
