Usage: ON [#|+|-|^|&|@]CDCC_PLIST [-|^]<count> [action]
  This is activated whenever Cdcc pack is listed.  The parameters
  for this function are:
    $0    The pack number
    $1    Total number of files in this pack
    $2    Total number of bytes in this pack
    $3    Minimum DCC speed for this pack
    $4    Total number of gets for this pack
    $5-   Pack description
  You can use this hook to redefine the CDCC PLIST look.
