Usage: ON [#|+|-|^|&|@]CDCC_PLIST_FOOTER [-|^]<count> [action]
  This is activated after Cdcc pack is listed.  The parameters
  for this function are:
    $0   Total number of packs
    $2   Value of CdccStats
    $4   Total number of bytes received
    $3   Total number of bytes sent
  You can use this hook to redefine the CDCC PLIST look.
