Usage: ON [#|+|-|^|&|@]DCC_LIST [-|^]<count> [action]
  This is activated whenever DCC connection is listed.
  The parameters for this function are:
    $0   The DCC connection number
    $1   DCC type: CHAT, SEND, GET, RAW_LISTEN, RAW, RESEND, REGET
    $2   The target for the DCC connection
    $3   The DCC status: O=offered, D=deleted, A=active, W=wait,
                         C=connection pending, U=unknown
    $4   Current transfer rate
    $5   ETA in seconds
    $6   The filename
    $7   Percent completed
    $8   The filesize
  You can use this hook to redefine the CDCC PLIST look.
