Usage: ON [#|+|-|^|&|@]DCC_LIST_FOOTER [-|^]<count> [action]
  This is activated after DCC connections are listed.
  The parameters for this function are:
    $0   Total number of DCC connections listed
  You can use this hook to redefine the DCC LIST look.
