Usage: SET LASTLOG_ANSI [ON|OFF|TOGGLE]
  When ON, client will strip ANSI color sequences from
  LASTLOG output. When OFF, ANSI color sequences will be
  displayed in LASTLOG output. Note that some terminals may
  have difficulties displaying the ANSI colors properly.
