Usage: SET STATUS_CHANNELCOUNT <status line text for channel count>
  The contents of STATUS_CHANNELCOUNT are replaced in the
  STATUS_FORMAT variable for any occurence of %U.
  This variable may contain any text, plus it may contain
  a %o, which is replaced by the number of the channel
  operators. It may contain a %u, which is replaced by the
  number of non channel operators. It may contain a %t
  which is replaced by number of users on channel. In all
  three cases the channel in question is your current channel.
