o incoming DCC notifications are displayed in the current window.
o memory usage isn't controlled: window history grows until /clear is typed.
o reformatting may crash if dest is <bogus> (QUIT & NICK)
	-> need to fix use of LOG_MULTICAST first
o /join can't deal with comma separated lists.
o /option get.all.switch crashes the client.
o when hiding characters in a line, wrapping is suboptimal.
o multi-homed support only really works in the IPv4 world.
o DCC won't work when connected to a server via a local IPv6 interface.
o DCC traffic causes spurious screen refreshing.
