Current known bugs:

	This program has gotten fat.  It needs a rewrite.

	Previous to the UDB implementation, communication with oidentd 
	(and possibly other subsystems) was subject to race conditions which
	could cause people to be incorrectly idented.  The shared memory system
	is meant to improve the situation signifigantly.

	DCC RESUME might fail with older versions of mIRC, if the filename
	on the way in is mangled by the proxy.  Should be very rare, I don't
	really think it's worth fixing.. let me know if you disagree!
