This command reads a CrashEcho configuration file and creates an arealist.

print version number and exit

\fB\-c\fR, \fB\-\-config\fR=\fIFILE\fR
use this configuration file instead of the
default

\fB\-o\fR, \fB\-\-out\-file\fR=\fIFILE\fR
output file

\fB\-g\fR, \fB\-\-groups\fR=\fIGROUPS\fR
only areas in the specified \fIGROUPS\fR are included

FORMAT can be one of:

\fBAREASBBS\fR
standard areas.bbs file that can be read by many
programs
.TP
\fBFORWARD\fR
list of areas that can be used for forward\-requests on ther nodes; the
file is a pure ASCII file where each line contains the name of the area
and its description

\fBFORWARDNODESC\fR
same as \fBFORWARD\fR but without area descriptions

\fBGOLDED\fR
area configuration file in GoldED's AREADEF format
