Command: config

  Format: config

Writes the listmanager commands that would be used to rebuild the currently
selected list into the backup directory, if possible.  This is primarily
used as a backup mechanism, or when bugfixes to listmanager are released
that involve the database's structure.

The produced file contains listmanager commands which, when referenced using
the "source" command, would restore the list's configuration.

This command is only available to system administrators via the UNIX
command line interface.
