Command: flags

  Format: flags [no]flag [...]

Sets or clears list options for the selected list.  An option can be named
alone (which enables the option) or preceded by "no" (which disables the
option).  More than one flag may be named in a single use of this command.

For example, to turn on the "sub-approve" flag, use:

    flags sub-approve

To turn on "match-domain" and turn off "invite-only", use:

    flags match-domain noinvite-only

This command is only available to list owners.
