Commands: memberlist

  Format: memberlist <access>

Defines the class of users that can see the list of members of the currently
selected list using the "members" command.  <access> is one of:

	members		anyone subscribed to the list can view the list
	owners		anyone subscribed to the list with the "owner"
			member flag can view the list
	public		any user can view the list

This command is only available to list owners.
