Command: rename

  Format: rename <old-list> <new-list>

This command changes a list's name from <old-list> to <new-list>.
It also renames the archive, data files, and synchronization data file.
It will also force an immediate aliases table rebuild.

You may not rename a list onto a list that already exists.

This command is only available from the shell, i.e. you must be able to log
in to the machine which hosts mailing lists and access the "listmanager"
program from the command line.
