Commands: testaddress

  Format: testaddress <address>

Tests the validity of an address.  The test applied is the maximum address
checking level available.  If the address is rejected, the reason will be
provided.

This command is only available from the shell, i.e. you must be able to log
in to the machine which hosts mailing lists and access the "listmanager"
program from the command line.
