If you are wondering where 'configure' and 'make' are, run 'bewm.sh' from
the build_tools directory to create them assuming that you have the
appropriate autotools binaries on your system.  AutoConf 2.59 is required.

./configure && make && make install

alternatively you can ./configure using --enable-debug to get extensive 
debugging output although this is likely unnecessary.

Binaries will be located in the newly created 'bin' directory in the
'spfval' root directory (hint: the directory created when you unpacked
the tarball).

To clean up:

make clean

To REALLY clean up:

make distclean
