load config file

.IP -v, --version
print version number

.IP -H HOSTNAME, --host=HOSTNAME
on which host is gnunetd running (default: localhost)

.IP -L LOGLEVEL, --loglevel=LOGLEVEL
set the loglevel

.IP -d, --debug
run in debug mode, write logs to stderr
