There is a spec file for RedHat users all you have to do is:

ln -s ude-VERSION.tar.gz /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES
rpm -bb ude.spec

Where ude-VERSION.tar.gz is the tarball that create this directory.
The ude.spec file is located at the top of the ude source directory.
Those lines must be run as root.
